Oak Cladding: per Board

from £8.00

Scottish Oak is our most premium cladding option. These boards will stand the test of time and then some. Installation is tricky, let us know if you want some advice, or we can link you up with one of our trusted joiners carry out the project.

These boards will weather to a silver/ grey colour over time if not oiled or painted.

We air dry our boards to reduce movement and cupping when installing. Each board is checked by hand, we take our time to ensure the boards are up to standard. Oak is notorious for moving when drying, so make sure these boards are fastened properly! Stainless steel fixings are a must to safe guard against tannin staining.

Cutting Oak boards is a patient process, please allow for a 4-6 week lead time when ordering.

Surface Finish: Off Saw (22mm thickness), or Planed on one side (19mm thickness)

Locally Sourced

All of our timber is sourced locally. Ask upon ordering to find out where the trees originated from.

Sustainably Produced

Our production is based on a local timber market model. We buy in timber, and sell sawn produce locally to reduce haulage. A local timber market allows the money you invest in our timber to go back into woodlands around you.
