Returns
If your order arrives to you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Every care has been taken to package our products for delivery but if your order arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours from proof of receipt (all items will be sent by recorded mail, please take photos of packaging and product for claims procedure) and return it to us within 7 days and we will replace or refund you for product minus the p&p included in price total. Refund or exchanges upon receipt, cost of return remains with the customer.
If, for any other reason, you wish to return your order or part order please contact us with 7 days from proof of receipt. Following our receipt of the returned item (which must arrives back to us in saleable condition without cuts or alterations made) we will refund the purchase price minus p&p within 14 days. Cost of the return remains with the purchaser. Items returned should be packaged in a suitable way to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
The items must be in their original or similar sealed packaging, in same condition as received or this will void return guarantee.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please enclose a note, giving a reason for the return.

Cancellations
If you which to cancel your order, please contact us on mooretimberco@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase. We will fully reimburse you within 7 days. If later than 24 hours then a cancellation fee may be applied, this is to cover any works that have been undertaken to prepare your order.

Every product is viewable alongside listed product pictures. Great care has been taken to ensure that all photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of our product so you are happy with your purchase from us. However please bare in mind colours may appear slightly different on screens and therefor slight variations may occur.

Stock sold through the online shop will be automatically removed from sale but please note we also sell the same stock of timber to customers who visit onsite at out Timber shop and these sales have to be manually removed from the online shop stock (usually within an hour) but it may be inevitable that occasionally an item you purchase online will have already sold from the Timber shop premises that day and not yet been removed from the online stock. In this instance you will be informed as soon as possible and your money refunded in full.
All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Payments may be made through card via our online secure site or by bank transfer. We accept all debit cards.
Any specially requested orders not paid for within 24 hours will be returned to stock if we have not been able to contact you for payment.
If any additional mutually agreed labour charges apply e.g for machining, this will be required in advance of work starting.
